Pretty straightforward interview process. The first step is the screening done over the phone. Then it’s the video interview. Lastly, it’s the in-person interview at the location of the job you’re applying to.

They asked about acronyms and their definitions like NERC, GIS, and others. They asked about difficult situations that I experienced and how did I navigate through it.

It was a 20-30 min interview where they asked me some basic questions in order to get to know me a little better with 5 main questions. All of them we're straight forward.

Entretien
The first interview is a preliminary screening call with HR. Second interview is with hiring manager and engineers, which is typically on site. I only got through the first interview.
