Got a call after applying online being asked to come in for interview . The interview panel consists of 5 members : the Hiring manager, 2 Senior Electrical Engineers, 2 Electrical Engineers. Each member come in and out one by one each with their own questions.

The interview process was long and super slow. They would take a lot of time to reach back and didn't mention the interview structure during the initial call. First-round trying to learn about you and next rounds included some technical questions related to position,

Entretien
I was asked about my understanding of substation and transmission line drawings. I was shown some of the drawings as well. I was asked to discuss some of my past experience related to the mentioned topics, then the technical discussion was over. Company culture was talked about and such I suppose to help provide some information so I would know if I would fit in. The entire process was informal, but more so than they mention before you arrive. It felt similar to if you were to discuss business with an uncle.
