Pretty slow process. it take about a month to get back to you. They do three to four rounds of hiring process which longs about 2 to 3 months. 1st round HR round, 2nd round with hiring manager, technical and last round with co-founders.

Recruiter reached out to me because AI matched me to a position. Turned out, I do not have the background for that position. I guess they didnt know how to use that feature of Indeed?
I decided to go for another position but was ghosted. No response or updates after the initial contact that I didnt even initiate. Why contact me then ghost me? Very unprofessional at the very least
