Entretien
1- I send my cv with my friend's recommendation. then got a call after two days to schedule the interview.
2- i headed to the company's location on time, then the interviewer who is one of the managers or the program manager itself will set you in a room and explain the interview process.
3- basically, you will be given an exam for 3 hours, then the interviewer will come at the end and discuss with you your answers. Then asking you some behavioral questions and will test your English skills by small conversation.
4- if the interviewer see you are fit for the position, most probably would give you the offer in the same time.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
An exam for 2 or 3 hours. As i remember, it includes:
1- IQ questions.
2- java and oop questions: multiple choice questions (modifiers, threads, try-catch-finally,..etc) and some trace questions.
3- two or three simple algorithms problems.
4- one or two math/probability questions.
5- two or three database and sql questions.
6- some questions about javascript and web frameworks you used to work with (it is fine if you don't have experience in web development)

Was too long about four hours asked about many many things riddles questions, database, problem solving, concurrency solid principles, java and asp.net all of this in one exam and then a senior software engineer comes to discuss your answers with you
