I had an interview with the recruiter for a Product Owner II position. I went into the interview thinking that this was just going to be an initial screening interview. Instead, the interviewer asked me multiple behavioral style questions that the hiring manager would normally asked. I was caught off guard by this and really stumbled during the interview. I ended up not moving on to interviewing with the hiring manager, and received no feedback whatsoever when I asked the recruiter. It is incredibly frustrating to be rejected from a job and not receive any feedback; I have literally no way of knowing what went wrong and how I can improve in the future. I most likely won't be bothering with PNC again if this is how applicants are treated.

Initial call then 1 round after that. The process of scheduling the was quick. The conversations I had were pleasant. BUT after the final interview I never hear back from PNC, even with me reaching out to the recruiter via email. I will say that it is in very very poor taste to have someone invest time into an interview process and then leave them ghosted with no word afterwards. Even if it is a no, reaching out and letting someone know its a no is the courteous thing to do.
