Very situational interview. Asked about previous expletive and how you handled certain situations. Also, asked if you would have done anything differently and if you were happy with the outcome. Also asked about management style and how you deal with difficult or stifling employees. Overall very professional and asked relevant questions.

Applied online, a day later received a request to complete an online virtual/AI interview and personality test. A few days after that a recruiter reached out to interview/phone screen. The person was very pleasant and knowledgeable and genuinely excited to talk to me. They told me they wanted me to meet with hiring manager. A week later I met with hiring manager via Teams meeting and they asked all the typical behavioral based/real life scenario questions from your previous experience. After the interview I was expecting to hear from the recruiter about next steps, however they never reached out. I followed up with 2 emails and never got a response after they had been so enthusiastic before and just got the generic denial email. This was frustrating as I put a lot of time in effort into the interviews then to be ghosted. But overall it was a decent experience.
