First I got an email from the HR regarding my availability and time for interview, I gave HR the times that I am available and mentioned that I am in CST. Then the interview got scheduled during EST hours which interrupted my ongoing meeting so I told her to reschedule which she did.
She joined the interview 10 minutes late and apologized and told she had forgotten about it. She asked mundane questions and I was able to answer all of them with satisfaction and even I managed to make a personal connection based on the city I was in.
The 2nd round was scheduled(2 separate meeting request was sent) during middle of the week with the manager. I joined the call well before and I waited for the entire time of the interview with no one joining. I emailed them saying that I was waiting on the call during the middle of the interview also. So finally when the time ran out, I sent the HR and the manager an email stating I stayed on the call for entire time of the interview and with no one joined. But, I got no response for any of the emails and they all went radio silent. I reached out to the HR via linked in and yet to receive a response.
They did not have any right to waste my time and at least have the basic courtesy to give me a reason and an apology.
