The interview process was standard across the board except the manager asked me to sell a financial consultant conversation. I was used to this so I passed and about two weeks later was offered the job. The background check process is a joke they told me I didn’t qualify for the credit check even though I said that I had fraud on my report and show 100% payment history on what was not fraud and this is over 8 years of responsible payment history. They asked me to present where I disputed this and it was all done via the credit karma app so I asked them to remove my offer. Keep in mind that I currently work in a bank and have for two years but was told that because of my blemishes on my credit which are fraud I am more prone to steal!! Yes they said this!
