Meet the recruiter at an on-campus career fair. I received a phone call about setting up a first round interview (over the phone) with an employee at PNC. It was pretty simple. Basic behavioral questions about my resume experience and why I was interested in working with the company.
I received a call back saying I was invited to Super Day for second round interviews and networking in Pittsburgh. I interviewed with two individuals. The questions were more tech based (eg. my experience with any technology, how did i use it in previous internships and school, etc.) and a few behavioral.

HireVue with video interview and assessment.
If you move forward, you will receive an easy coding assessment in your preferred programming language. However, you should be prepared to clearly explain your code and thought process during the interview.
As part of the second round, there are two additional interviews that combine behavioral questions with a review and discussion of your coding assessment.

The overall process took about a month. First stage was a HireVue with 5 behavioral questions and 3 “games”. Second stage was a CodeVue with 2 relatively easy questions that mostly required string manipulation. Last stage is a “super day” where you have two 25-min interviews that’s both a combination of behavioral questions and reviewing your code from the CodeVue.

It was a HireVue. There were only one attempt for every question; 5 questions, 3 games. It was pretty simple stuff, just STAR questions, and then a math, personality quiz, and pattern matching game.
