I applied to the ACCEL program through the University of Georgia and was accepted to an interview. The interview was pretty relaxed. The woman interviewing me was very personable and loved working for PNC (had been with the company for 8 years). She said the culture was great (which is what I understood from the research I had done). Interview questions weren't hard. Never heard back though...
