recruited via LinkedIn. I think there were 3 interviews total. Lots of opportunity to shadow current employees/ in-office exposure. You get to speak to all levels of management and they encourage you to ask any questions that you may have- even ones you may think an employer wouldn't want to hear/answer. I got the offer pretty quickly after my last interview and they give you some reasonable flexibility on when you have to accept/decline the offer

easy and quick. talked about a variety of things in the industry from market to overseas logistics. very professional from what i gathered. looking forward to a future with this company
