I was contacted by a recruiter a few days after applying and we did a phone screening. A week later I was invited to do an official video interview. The manager for the cite was very easy to talk to. I was contacted by the recruiter later that day and was offered the job.

3 rounds of interviews, one phone, 2 zoom calls. Phone asks u why u want be in sales and understanding your drive for money. 2nd asks how you've overcome challenges, and basic questions about the company

1st round is 30 minute phone call with recruiter, very basic questions about past experiences and why you’re passionate about sales. In house recruiter, super nice person to talk to.
