Typical phone interview, immediately scheduled face to face interview for the same week. Day of interview, took a 10-15 min timed math test when you first arrive. During the interview there were 2 recruiters (looking back now I know one of them was being trained) adn they went over the training period and the sales process and salary expectations. Got a tour of the buidling, met the branch manager, sat in an office for a while alone until they brought in my offer letter.
