The interview process was easy. I was referred by a colleague and was scheduled for an interview within a week of reaching out to the design director. I met with the design director and two of the associates on the day of the in-person interview, and we went over my portfolio and some of my past work experiences. I did not have to speak much as they seemed excited about my past work and my availability, and offered me the job on the spot. You do not need to prepare much - just be ready to speak candidly about your design process and what you are passionate about.
