J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez PHMG (Salford, North West England, England)
Entretien
The interview process was split into telephone consultation with recruiter, then a teams meeting with the recruiter followed by a quite intense interview with my head of sales and team leader. The interview was a grilling but an enjoyable one, some of the questions put me in the spot however I think this is necessary to show that the company doesn’t just let anyone in.

Question 1
How do you think you will adapt, going from being very comfortable and successful in selling like in your current role, to coming here and having to start from the bottom?
Straightforward, phone interview with recruiter and then in office where you talk to 2 managers and may be asked to do a mock call. After the interview I was called to inform that I would not be moving forward. I asked for feedback and I was told it was company policy to not give feedback to the candidate after the final decision was made.

Simple, straightforward questions, don't really want to trick you, just see if oyu can handle the grind. This is paramount as the grind is insane here so they emphasize it quite a bit.
