First is a writing assessment writing copy for web and audio. Then a screening interview with the Head of Copy, follow up with a final stage in-office interview with the Director of Audio and Voice. Hint: You'll have an impromptu writing assessment on the spot during the last interview.
The overall experience was okay even though I didn't get the job. I wish they could have been more transparent with what they were looking for in a copywriter. Clearly my copy impressed them (and this was voiced time after time), but they only kept reiterating that they needed a U.S.-based voice instead of the bigger picture and broader scope of the position.
When I asked for feedback after not getting the job, I never heard from them again -- this is where my negative experience comes from. I think this is a common pitfall in HR and a lack of communication between departments. They stated I was 1 of 4 candidates they narrowed it down to after over 500 people applied -- I feel some feedback about my interview is a fair request since I put in a months worth of time and effort.

Fairly chilled, open and easy. I was tasked with two writing tasks, one of which was a couple of lines selling a film I'd seen recently and the other, a longer synopsis of the same film.
