Process included one call with the recruiter, followed by 4 video interviews. Whole process took about 2 months and about another to complete initial hire paperwork. Everyone there is very friendly and receptive.
I had three separate interviews with current Directors of different capital sources. Each lasted about 30 minutes. Each posed a different challenge or scenario to answer. Overall I found the process to be balanced but rigorous.

Multiple interviews both technical and competency based to ascertain suitability for the role.
There was meetings with key stakeholders for the role who took their time out to talk through their expectations
