It was a 3 time interview process. The first interview was a preliminary interview after taking an exam to see if you're a fit. They explain the details of the position and development program and you ask questions to decide if you think you may be a fit. The second interview is more about the qualifications that you have and seeing if you would be good for the positions. The last interview is with the higher level management and they assess if they believe that you would be a good fit as well.
