Very easy going interview. Met with the owner and he definitley knew what he wanted in an office manager. There was just a phone interview to qualify which lasted about 5 -10 minutes, and a 1:1 interview with the owner which lastted about 25 minutes. The company is small and family oriented and the people had all been working there for awhile and seemed to be happy and content with their work enviornment.
