Promised the world materialized to just average. Told shares would double your salary in 7 years in reality more like 20+. Gave really poor reviews of current employees once I started I found the problem was not the employees but the management

Entretien
The interview is pretty good, both HR and the team lead participated. Very supportive and positive mood. The question is not hard, just a basic behavior question, and focus on what technical skills you have.

One way interview (recording) plus a second interviw with the HR + technical person and a third interview with a senior estimator. ADO test is required. Fast forward process

What do you know about PCL? What kind of a project manager are you? how do you approach problems?
Fast and straight forward process. One hour interview with two employees (from the department & HR). Most important questions is to describe the experience you have have and explain why you will be a good match for the position. Very professional discussion and within the context of the job.
