A few phone interviews and then an in person interview. The manager trying to schedule my flight to meet her in Orange County to interview in person was very rude. She tried to schedule me to fly out very early in the morning out of an airport very far from me ( I live right next to SFO) but I could not do that time and she had a huge attitude about it and I never heard back from them again, even after trying to reach out a few times. Very unprofessional and extremely rude.

Received email with salary expectations and minor details on positions, was asked if wanted to move forward with interview based on information. I sent a response that I wanted to speak about the comp package bit more. The salary was very low, barely met the state standards for salary employees, compared to other companies substantially low considering the amount of travel required. Love the brand but was concerned about the reviews and turn over. The recruiter did NOT like that I was asking questions, got really offensive. We did not connect to say the least. If a company isn’t ready to answer questions about culture then there’s something wrong.

I was approached by the VP of Sales via LinkedIn to submit my resume and had a brief phone interview with the Regional Sales Manager.
The second interview was face-to-face with the Regional Manager and I drove roughly 6 hours round trip to meet. I throught the interview went well and enjoyed the conversation. Despite positive feedback and follow-up, I was never passed on to the next steps. Instead of PCA reaching out to let me know they'd gone in a different direction (which is fine - it happens), they went completely dark on me.
I took a day off work and fought a lot of traffic to entertain the 2nd interview and was gracious throughout the process. A "thanks, but no thanks" e-mail takes about 30 seconds to send...I was disappointed and put off by the lack of professional courtesy extended to me by PCA Skin.
