Applied online and included a personalized cover letter and resume. About 3 weeks later received an email to complete a ONE-WAY video interview. I immediately responded back to withdraw from the position. I've only come across this type of interviewing once before and personally find it uninviting, biased and completely inconsiderate of applicants who took the time to take interest in the company and provide a cover/resume which highlights experience and should be deserving enough for a least a person-to-person conversation.
