The hiring process involved several stages. I was first approached by a recruiter who gave me a detailed overview of the company. This was followed by an initial online interview with the hiring manager, during which he explained the role, reviewed my CV, and asked about my motivations.
I was then invited to the company’s office for a second-round interview, which lasted around two hours. This was an in-depth technical interview where the hiring manager presented various schematics and asked me to discuss circuit and component behaviour. The session concluded with a tour of the company.
Finally, I was invited to a third online interview—having been told they had narrowed it down to the final two candidates—where I was asked a few more technical questions. Although the role ultimately went to the other candidate, I found the process very stimulating, and everyone involved was highly professional.
