I had a phone screen with who the position was directly reporting to. Then I had a in-person with a couple other members of the organization. They wanted to know about technical skills but also about you as a person. I then received an offer about a week later which I declined. I declined the offer not because I was not interested but because I would have been dealing with topics and situations that would have been very difficult for me emotionally. They were all wonderful and passionate people.
