Very relaxing conference phone interview. There were two people at the interviewer's end of the phone. I had no tension during the process. It just felt like a chat with familiar people. The interview lasted 30minutes

The interview process lacked coordination between different members of the teams, and the interviewers were not upfront about explaining their role or process. I went through 3 interviews for the position - talk about extensive for an internship! All the interviews took place within a span of 1 week. 1. 2 program associated interviewed me. They asked general questions, and tried to give the impression that the process was very competitive and they were talking to a number of candidates. 2. I was contacted by a person for an interview - as it later turned out after clarification that the person contacting me was the executive assistant to schedule an interview with the director. The Director's Skype Video didn't work but wanted me to turn on mine. This interview was better in terms of understanding the work and expectations. As it turns out, the Director mentioned that they were only interviewing me and one more candidate (contrary to interview 1). 3. Again I was interviewed by the same program associates from interview 1. Why? I'm not sure. I offered to come in for the interviews, but that was just ignored and no one responded to it. All my interviews were on Skype.
