I went through several extensive rounds of interviews, including interactions with HR, my potential peers, the Director, CFO, and Legal Officer. The HR representative remained in regular contact with me throughout the process, until the final interview. However, after that point, all communication abruptly ceased, leaving me feeling completely disregarded.Furthermore, promises were initially made to have the position filled by August. Regrettably, no communication was provided to update me on the status, and there was no follow-up, even though I invested significant time and effort into the interview process. The lack of a rejection email or any explanation as to why the selection was not made adds to the frustration.It's important to note that the role I applied for was not a junior-level position; it was a senior-level position that demanded a substantial commitment from candidates in terms of time and preparation. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with the company's recruitment process and overall professionalism.
