The interview was a wonderful experience. Lysette was really nice and took the time to clearly explain the position and the company. I didn't feel rushed into answering questions and was able to give thoughtful responses.

The interview process was very smooth! Brandon from Paper reached out to me through email to schedule a time for me to interview and answer any questions that I had. During the interview, there was time for Brandon to explain Paper as a company; their purpose, mission, and values. Then, I was able to introduce myself and how my experiences would contribute to me being an effective essay reviewer. I answered a couple of questions that were applicable to the role I was interviewing for. Then, I was able to ask a couple of questions about Paper and the role. At the end of the interview, I was offered the position and accepted!
