Brandon was very helpful and accommodating. Explained the role clearly and provided me with excellent information. Clearly explained what the next steps are and followed on my application, later. Since I was being rehired after a hiatus, they took that into account and waived the background check and references.

I don't exactly remember the questions, but overall, they were standard questions about my reason to interested in this job. my experience and expectations, my availabilities, etc.

Straightforward for the most part. Biggest downside was the wait-time to receive an answer back after doing the interview. Nothing too crazy; behavioral questions, aptitude tests and mock "tutoring". The topics can vary depending on what you have selected when applying.

Q: How would you help a student that has a math question?
The interview process with Paper was incredibly smooth. They reached out over email and set up a time for a phone interview. The interview was roughly 30 minutes with the interviewer outlining the process of how Paper works and what would be expected of me as a math tutor.

How would you explain 5 + 5 to a child going into kindergarten?
A math exam containing multiple choice questions at the pre university level followed by a phone interview asking basic interview questions and some special experiences that you had. I think it was fine overal.
