It was written test first. After qualifying grades in test I had one demo session. After demo session I had one telephonic final conversation explaining all the responsibilities I have to go through. After that confirmation I had documentations done.

Straightforward for the most part. Biggest downside was the wait-time to receive an answer back after doing the interview. Nothing too crazy; behavioral questions, aptitude tests and mock "tutoring". The topics can vary depending on what you have selected when applying.

Q: How would you help a student that has a math question?
The interview process with Paper was incredibly smooth. They reached out over email and set up a time for a phone interview. The interview was roughly 30 minutes with the interviewer outlining the process of how Paper works and what would be expected of me as a math tutor.

How would you explain 5 + 5 to a child going into kindergarten?
A math exam containing multiple choice questions at the pre university level followed by a phone interview asking basic interview questions and some special experiences that you had. I think it was fine overal.
