The process was very seamless and efficient. I first had a zoom interview where they asked all the standard questions. It was fairly casual yet professional. The second interview was at the facility and with the program director and others at the facility. This was also fairly casual yet professional. The entire process took about 3 weeks (mostly due to wildfires in the area and bad weather). Overall the entire process was great and I was offered the position.
