2 stage interview process. 1st stage with the MD whereby my current manager was brought in as well. Great set up and it helped me learn a lot about the company, P3 were also able to understand what i was looking for and learn more about my personality. The second stage was with the Operations Director to discuss my knowledge around Recruitment and what i was looking for in a Graduate role.
