I was contacted through a recruiter. I had a face to face interview which was really long and drawn out. The typical behavioral questions were asked. Both interviewers gave long winded explanations regarding the job description. They described their expectations and vividly presented a day and the life of the role. The culture is unique and different from most places. It is a sports oriented environment and not your typical office. The next part of the interview was a DISC assessment or in other words a personality test. Despite your credentials the outcome of this test could actually make or break your candidacy. (Discriminatory) It's appalling that a company would invest their capital into such practices rather than hiring candidates or working on business processes for this very small firm. This firm is less has less than 35 employees
