After a 45 minute video interview with Roya Ghafele, I was told to come down to the London offices for an informal getting-to-know session, which turned out to be a full-on technical interview! I didn't necessarily mind that, but being underprepared for the questions, I definitely didn't perform at my best. That's fine - what isn't fine, however, is the manner in which I was unceremoniously ghosted after that interview! Looking through Glassdoor, I can see that my experience is shared by several candidates. It really is terribly unprofessional and Roya really needs to sort herself out on this one.
