Call Iniziale con Human Resources , colloquio tecnico generale, ulteriore colloquio tecnico con diversi esercizi in cui bisogna risolvere dei bug e intervista finale con Human Resources ed offerta formale.
Processo di colloquio, è stato piacevole, con il responsabile del personale. Eravamo in più persone al momento del colloquio. Ne hanno scelti 2. Passato il colloquio, mi hanno fatto un contratto temporaneo di prova, scaduto il quale sono stato assunto a tempo indeterminato.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez OverIT (Milan)
Entretien
The process was quite fast as the company was in a fast-growth period, therefore they needed to hire people.
First call was with a project manager, to discuss the profile and the possible fit with one of the vacancies available in different teams.
Second call with the team leader of the chosen vacancy, it was mainly a discussion about the recent experience and knowledge of the software used inside the team.
Final step was with the project manager again, to discuss the fit with the role plus a couple of final logic question about SQL.
