Entretien
The process is intense but can be rewarding in more ways than just getting a job. Everyone that I spoke with was incredibly nice and willing to answer questions during the process. My recruiter was amazing. I was in contact with her often and she always seemed like she was in a good mood. 5 stars. The entire process is long, and you will be forced out of your comfort zone every once in a while. That’s because they ask you to reflect on your past and apply it to certain scenarios. That kind of self analysis can be scary. Overall, a great (but long) process.

Entretien
Overall, the process was great. Every person I spoke with was super professional and seemed very genuine. The interview process took just over a month from beginning to end and included four phases.
Phase one started with a phone screening from one of their Recruiters to determine whether the position is a good fit and if so, a technical assessment will be given to you to complete.
Phase two consisted of an interview with one of the hiring managers.
Phase three included a Panel style interview in which you meet with multiple different Company and Technical Leaders. (Definitely prepare for this and be ready for some uncomfortable, yet necessary questions).
Final Phase consist of feedback from the panel interviews .

30 min call with recruiter and then 1 hour with hiring manager and then a 5 hour panel interview with 1hour each that includes team members, managers etc. It was mostly conversation and trying to understand the job role and responsibilities. Mostly behavioral
