They conduct a test without giving any prior information about the format and context based on that they judges. In the interview the ceo tried to manipulate and demean my achievements by saying you don't have any specific skills.
Applied online on their website, which announced an opening, had to fill up basic pay related question, send in a writing sample. Got ten days to prep for the interview.
