Muito bom, rápido tudo na própria plataforma, eles tem um método próprio de recrutamento e seleção isso foi bem diferente pra mim, a empresa me agregou muito me dando capacitação para realizar os projetos de freelancer.

Son dos screening. Uno para conocerte a ti y tu experiencia y otro para una pequeña prueba de codificación con problemas básicos. Ambos son completamente virtuales y en menos de un minuto te dicen si los aprobaste satisfactoriamente

Their automated Identification process is absolute rubbish.
It will falsely flag you as failing for reasons not listed.
Most compotent companies have the option to have a human review the identification after it failed.
My only guess as to why this failed is due to my beard.
While my ID has no beard I currently have one.
This has resulted in failures on similar systems in the past, but in those cases the companies were smart enough to ensure humans are also available to review failed applications manually at least one time.
But not outlier.
If this is the type of AI product they want to be known for, I would avoid them.
There are language test and coding test. I applied to Korean coding expertise so I took Korean laguage ability test then the next was python test. The test is conducted with your strongest computer language. The Korean test was about expressing my experience in workplace and thought about some issues. The coding test was about basic python grammer and concept.
