Very easy. You just talk with the proprietor and he asks you questions about previous experience and how you are as a server. He also asks about availability and when you are ready to start. At max the interview was 15 minutes.

Simple and easy interview process. I feel that i was asked the standard server questions. Please be sure to bring your updated resume. The asked about my availability and my experience in the industry. Some behavioral questions were asked of me as well.
Waste of time.
Everything is automated through AI and the system will mess up scheduling and then when we finally get an interview, they already have people hired. Was told I would receive an answer either way from AI and had to call the store to get my decline.
