Fairly straight forward interview, the management spoke with me after a callback. We ran down my experience, they have very good FOH and BOH managers with excellent interpersonal skills.
They will inquire about your availability and career desires. Most of the servers were college age.

Two step process. Met with Front of house manager for interview then GM for final interview and was hired on spot. It was your typical interview with your typical interview questions
Awesome great people very friendly Woman came out and met me. She was super friendly. I brought a cheat sheet and she was actually pretty impressed. I was really nervous but she made me feel comfortable.
