Entretien
I had two interviews. The first one was with the manager and he asked me some questions about me previous work experience and why I would like to work for them. He went off a list of questions from a paper saying "Tell me of a time you handled a difficult time with a customer.
The second interview was with the owner who had the same list of questions and ended the interview early. Pretty much said if I made it past the first one I was hired. The owner just wanted to meet me.

Question 1
Experiência , sobre vc , condução, disponibilidade
Really easy, genuine conversation, sat down with a few different managers and answered some basic questions. They are really welcoming and offer you something to drink. There is a culture there that is different (in a positive way) from other chains which speaks to their operational efficiency and dedication to hiring and retaining strong team members.

I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.
