I met in the conference room with several people in the company, including the owner, the COO and some lab scientists. I discussed my background, education, experience, etc. They asked specific questions related to my last position in regard to the work I would be doing with the company. The interview probably lasted about 30-45 minutes. I received an offer the following week, about 5 days later.
