      Interview process was pretty straight forward basic questions. Walk them through the process of project lifecycle, how many projects are you currently implementing? what teams to do you work with? etc. If you've never worked for a start up before there are definitely different stages they go through before no longer being considered a start up and they are not in the early stages but still a bit scrappy. Those were my red flags. I asked a lot of questions some the recruiter didn't have the answer for and said they would get back to me about which were very important deciding factors for if I wanted to proceed with the interview process. They also changed the job title during the interview and referenced it differently in the job description, they occasionally called it a Senior Technical Project Manager. I asked about this and wasn't given a clear answer as to what my prospective job title would be, also those are two different pay grades so that's important. Next steps were supposed to be I meet with the hiring manager. They were going to let me know in 24 hours, they emailed me back on a Saturday to schedule my next interview but were out on PTO the entire next week so I don't know how that was going to get scheduled. Also emailed me an NDA which was never mentioned at any point separately and not referenced in the "I'm going to the next round" email. Also this is for one position not a team so I don't know how you could realistically take PTO without a back up or support. Like I said just Start Up red flags, that are little things but added up I got a sense of I would have to take on more than my role. You have to decide if you want to take the mental stress of. I told them I didn't want to move forward with the interview process because it wasn't becoming a good first impression.
