Short and informal interview. A description of the job and production process were provided before beginning. A tour of the production area was then provided and the process was described.

What other experience have you had with production?
Hiring and interview process were very professional and easy to navigate. No inappropriate questions were asked and they helped with any questions I had and helped with paperwork. It was nice and easy.

I knew someone that had previously worked there. I was put in touch with the Manager. He asked me to come in and get an application. I had a small interview then, filled out my application, and returned it the next day. When I returned my application, the manager asked me for my work schedule and went into a more detailed interview. I was asked previous work experience, what my major was, and various questions about my people skills. I then left and was called three days later asking if I still wanted the job.
