The application and interview process is clearly laid out online. This process is the same for most public schools in Minnesota. It is important to have your application complete, organized and entered into the district's online application system. I would strongly suggest that HR be contacted to make sure everything is in order. A MN teacher's license is required to apply for this job.

Great questions, asking about knowledge of classroom management, relationship building, curriculum. Asked about your knowledge in several teaching strategies/classroom management strategies. Spoke a lot on equity and diversity. Spoke on differentiation strategies on educational content, process and product (how they show their learning)

I was given the interview questions in the office before I went in for the interview. In the interview, It was the head principal and one other person. Very formal.
