Brief preliminary phone interview. Several days later received case studies/philosophical questions to answer on line and with my 32 years of experience, I thought my answers were appropriate and concise. I put time and effort into these but after reviewing prior glassdoor reviews, I am glad I did not get hired. I wasted my time doing this.
