Simple. They already know what your skillset level is. It's mostly to meet you and see if your personality matches. Management has already spent a lot (I mean a lot) of time looking at your resume. If you get called in, they're interested in you.

Pretty straightforward interview with 5-7 questions being asked. It was one phone screening call, one phone call interview and one zoom interview. The interviews were around 30 minutes and the phone screening was about 10 minutes.
