It was unprofessional and I didn't feel that the description of the inner workings of the company and the advancement of employees was represented, also there was no true leadership in the company as it was described.

Applied online by responding to posting on local job board. Standard two interview process, first one with supervisor then a follow up with ownership. Toured facility both times. Very mechanical interview.
