The interview was conducted online with the Executive Editor for the Group's Indonesian office. The focus of the interview was more on managing copywriters/copyeditors, with much less emphasis on the candidate's own writing/editing skills.

One week of a paid writing trial (despite applying for an editor position). Asked to show competence in article writing for digital content as well as use of project management tools.
