Had an interview with a Humar Resources Manager in Moscow, than took verbal, logical and numerical tests. After that had two additional interviews with Senior ASM and Country Director of a country, i applied at.

Nothing special about the interview. A very easy one. They assess your personal qualities more, than professional background. I also had a basis verbal test before (also a formality). Rather predictable interview.
