Multi step process: there was a culture screen with HR. then I met with the hiring manager, then met with one of their designers. Also met with their CEO. Last was an at home design exercise. all done remotely. Process took about a month.

LONG. I sat through 5 interviews only to not be given an offer. It was the longest process I have ever been through, and I felt at the end that it was a waste of my time. To be honest, some of the personnel interviewing me knew less about marketing and the creative process than me and I had no clue why they had the positions they did.
